Teaching experience: I started by teaching Group Fitness classes for the University of Wisconsin Recreation Department over 30 years ago. I enjoy blending breath, movement and music to make fun and engaging classes!
My favorite class to teach would be Stretch and Mobility. I love seeing how relaxed everyone is after 45 miniutes of stretching!
My fitness Motto would be: Mix it up and BE CONSISTENT!
Fun fact: When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family and playing paddle or reading a good book!
