Fire up your metabolism with this fun combination workout! This 45 minute circuit class, combines various training styles while utilizing a range of equipment to ensure you get an intense workout. If you like to have fun and are looking for motivation and inspiration…come join Full Body Burn!!

six minute zone

You will have limitless time, tools and technology to use while training in different "zones" in six minute intervals. Class begins every six minutes and you can stay as long or as short as you would like throughout the hour and a half.

This class will push you to the limits! The class consists of power, strength and resistance moves in addition to abdominal and core training techniques

power pump

This 45 minute class is a total body workout designed to firm, tone and strengthen muscles. Using light to moderate weights this class targets all areas including the arms, shoulders, abs, chest, back and legs. You will leave feeling challenged and motivated.

power & motion

 A strength and conditioning class that emphasizes constantly-varied, functional movement. Work cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy, maximizing your performance and fitness for any physical challenge or activity!


A combination class on the both the bike and strength training. Push your body past a plateau with 30 Minutes on the bike and then 30 Minutes of weight training. If you want a great sweat this workout will push your limits! 

train like jane

This women's only class is a high-energy, consisting of free-weight station rotation, body weight exercises, and much more are all part of this power-packed class.

Attack the core from all angles! Strengthening our core is vital for everyday living. This class will help strengthen your abdominals, obliques, and even lower back, offering you an all-around core workout!

 Zumba Gold is for those who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
