Jenny Morgan

Group Fitness Instructor

Jenny is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor who specializes in strength-based formats, including Yoga Sculpt. Her love of fitness began at a young age, sparking a lifelong passion for movement, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle.

She loves programming classes that build strength, mobility, and balance, always encouraging members to step outside their comfort zones. Jenny challenges participants to try new exercises or refine current ones, helping them find that sweet spot where strength and confidence grow together.

Fun Fact: Outside of teaching, Jenny enjoys keeping up with the latest in health and fitness and brings that energy and curiosity into her classes.

In her classes, you can expect: challenging strength work, smart programming, and encouragement to leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in.
