Dan Bentz

Dan has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2004.  He stresses quality over quantity.  The client's musculoskeletal structure will dictate function and capacity.  Dan works to improve, and at the very least maintain, range of motion through the joints, and stresses building strength and improving one's tolerance to exercise and challenge.  Continuous challenge and prescribed load application are key factors in longevity; as we age our goal should be to maintain and avoid drastic decline.  

 

  If you have any current injuries or discomfort you're dealing with (hips, low back, shoulders, kees, etc), please give me call and we can sit down and come up with a plan.  If you have no injuries and just want to get an awesome workout in, we can absolutely do that too.
